Our Process
Step 1 – Identify your company's needs.
Where possible, we visit your office/factory and talk to you and the hiring manager to understand the company/department mission. We have to know WHY candidates would want to join your operation and understand the company’s selling points.
Step 2
Define the role requirements, competencies required, and fit in the organization’s structures.
We talk to you to understand the key drivers and success factors of this role. We also collect a written job description and budget.
Step 3
Use our specialized network to locate information on great candidates, get referrals, and develop a pipeline of candidates.
We use a variety of social media platforms, LinkedIn, local job boards, and our own database of 10,000+ candidates to support our market search.
Step 4
Interview potential candidates centered on achievement and competence-based criteria to create a shortlist of those who meet your requirements. Interviews are performed by video or in person depending on candidates’ locations and turnaround time.
Step 5
Provide a detailed overview profile of each shortlist candidate and schedule a meeting or call to provide a progress update.
Step 6
Arrange company-candidate interviews, reference check selected candidates, and negotiate with the selected candidate regarding the salary package.
Step 7
Ensure the employment contract is signed and maintain candidate engagement in pre-employment period. Maintain regular contact through the first year of employment to ensure a smooth transition.
