Head of Learning & Development

Our client is a leading manufacturer of consumer goods.

Work Location: Ayutthaya, Thailand

Artemis is now seeking for a Head of Learning & Development with at least 10 years of working experience.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively design and deliver development trainings
  • Designs and delivers training programs and materials across multiple channels of the organization including retail, wholesale and national accounts
  • Assesses local training needs in partnership with key stakeholders to identify and meet strategic business objectives through blended learning solutions.
  • Works closely with cross functional departments to support the successful roll out of new products, marketing initiatives and organizational changes.
  • Independently analyzes performance KPIs and performs skills gap analysis within assigned territory to develop specific training action plans and content to directly impact business results.
  • Provides follow up support and feedback from the field following the delivery of training programs and initiatives to assess effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Leverages multiple digital platforms to support the learning journey; including LMS, Webinars and Micro-learning.
  • Navigates a fast paced, global organization and approaches instructional design and delivery with agility in order to meet the needs of learners and the business.

Requirements

  • Thai nationality
  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Able to work full time in Ayutthaya (manufacturing plant)
  • At least 7+ years of working experience in Learning & Development function
  • Over 3 years with proven ability to coach and develop team members toward achieving ambitious and measurable outcomes or successfully managing large-scale projects.
  • Ability to design and implement effective training and curriculum
