Head of Employee Experience
Our client is a leading manufacturer of consumer goods.
Work Location: Ayutthaya, Thailand
Artemis is now seeking for a Head of Employee Experience with at least 10 years of working experience.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing a range of activities related to employee relations
- Responsible for employee relations activities to meet company strategy.
- Create action plan and manage employee activity to improve working environment
- Develop and administer employee experience programs.
- Working with shop floor employees to ensure staff morale, employee relations and welfare is at a satisfactory level and compliant with all relevant laws and company policies.
Requirements
- Thai nationality
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Fluent English communication skills
- Able to work full time in Ayutthaya (manufacturing plant)
- At least 10 years working experience in HRM/HRD (manufacturing)
