Product and Promotional Activities Development

• Prepare annual forecast and promotion budget and decide on promotional strategies of each product responsibility.
• Create marketing plan (CSMO and Agency model)
• Demand planning in item responsibility (Agency model)
• Achieve sales target, support sales team with an approved promotional expense budget from principal
• Develop and implement promotional activities in collaboration with sales staffs
• Create effective promotional campaign and materials
• Monitor Sales team that convey the right message to customers or any Healthcare Professionals
• Monitor Sales team to implement activities in the same direction
• Analyze the effect of activity to sales

Market Intelligence

• Acquire market formation concerning competitors market situation and utilize them to improve marketing activities
• Assist the head of team in developing new products / businesses
• Visit customers to get first hand market knowledge
• Collect market information as required by superior or principal

Training and development

• Update product knowledge consistently
• Initiate new activities for potential customer
• Train sales team about product knowledge and ensure they have good knowledge
• Organize group presentation or symposium to customers
• Ability to suggest and improvement of work with good attitude
• Willing to be developed by superior for higher career path

Document and Reporting

• Prepare and submit monthly itinerary and report on time
• Prepare documents as required by superior or principal

Miscellaneous

• To organize special project as company or principal required
• To perform other duties as assigned by superior or principal
